About Coaching

The COACHING PROCESS provides a useful framework to guide performance coaching discussions in ways that open up communications and build trust.  Simply put, coaching is a conversation, or series of conversations, one person has with another. 

 

The coach’s purpose is to create a conversation that will benefit the other person (coachee) in a way that relates to that person’s learning and progress.  Coaching conversations can happen in different ways and in various environments.
